I have spinach which im going to serve with some baked plaice http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/bakedfishwithgreenol_72460.shtml im thinking of doing kake's creamed spinach http://www.earth.li/~kake/cookery/recipes/creamed-spinach.html yet i have no idea if we have any nutritional yeast and indeed what its actaully doign there. So any help with that. or indeed any other suggestions for the spinach.
