My brother once asked me how to make Hot Chocolate.

I told him "Heat a cup of milk in a saucepan, and when it's hot, mix  
in the hot chocolate mix".

Twenty minutes later he came back and said "Am I supposed to put  
water in the pan?"

I went to look and he had a mug, containing milk, sitting in a pan,  
which was smoking slightly from the heat. The milk was cold.
