Well I've been getting through a fair few lemons since my last post.
One went up the butt of a roast chicken. A bunch have gone into
lemonade. Everyone said my first batch was too strong, where I used 1
part water, 1 part sugar, 1 part lemon juice. I'm now on about 3 parts
water to 1 part sugar and 1 part lemon juice. That seems more doable.

And my brother asked me for the recipe to the simple lamb salad I made
last night. I've never written it down or measured for it, but here's
about what it is. I'm sure you'll get the idea. It also used up a fair
few lemons.

I'm also freezing a bunch of lemon juice for addition to gin and tonics.
These lemons are pretty damn sour though! Some of them are bigger than
grapefruits. Probably the result of my Mum's incredible soil here.
