I don't know about books, but there were some very tasty-looking recipes
in the last Observer Food Monthly.

I sometimes think that if I was forced to give up meat I wouldn't mind
as much if I was allowed to eat South Indian food all the time. There
are loads of different vegetable recipes, along with many different
types of bread and other starchy things. The Quorn/TVP/nut cutlet
pretend meat stuff that vegetarians seem to get fed over here really
doesn't do it for me.
