Wisdom please! I am going through something of a macaroon addiction and hence will be making my own in order to satisfy this craving at all times of day and night. Recipe's are easy to find and seem largely similar, give or take toppings/chocolate/cream etc... (although if anyone has a particular one they favour I'd like to know it). But the key difference seems to be what to bake on. Options include greased baking paper, prepared (?) baking paper, silicone paper, rice paper. Does anyone with a more extensive experience of baking have any tips on what to choose, how to use it, what to look out for? Many thanks J ________________________________________________________________________ This email and attachments have been scanned for the presence of computer viruses, but neither 20Twenty Independent nor any of its subsidiary companies will accept responsibility for any virus or defect.
