** Garlic and Rosemary potatoes ** This doesn't have any quanities on it 'cos I don't believe in them for stuff like this. [ Ingredients ] new potatoes olive oil garlic rosemary [ Instructions ] Halve or quarter any large potatoes and then boil them for 10 minutes in lightly salted water with a splash of olive oil in it. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 250 degrees C and pour a olive oil in the bottom of a roasting tin. Peel and roughly chop as many cloves of garlic as you're comofrtable with and add them to the tin along with some sprigs of roughly chopped rosemary. Drain the potatoes and add them to the tin and then coat them in the oil. Put them in the oven and roast for 30-40 minutes, turning once or twice. The remaining oil can be used to make a nice vinegarette,
