Re: 'put it on lamb' mint sauce - finely chop an onion mix with mint sauce
(adjust to your taste, I usually put rounded teaspoon of concentrated sauce
to one large chopped onion), moisten with a little vinegar, allow to stand,
preferably overnight.  Goes beautifully with poppadums along with lime
pickle etc.
