There is a famous seafood filleting school in North Shields. I *think* it's the national seafood centre or something. Riding

I'd say this is more likely dso they don't have to put the money through
the books.  They can pay other people with the unnamed cheque, making it
as good as cash in hand.  Taxdodge-tastic.
