...which is *exactly* what I suggested Simon should do with the Pork
when we were discussing this on Saturday (and by the by, enjoying the
parma/mozarella combination he's shamelessly stealing from
Carluccio's). :-)

Cauliflower cheese with pork would worry me. Okay, we're still kind of
in winter, but roast pork is fairly heavy really, and I think
cauliflower cheese could cause there to just be too much... stuff. As
suggested by Kay, ditch the cheese and you could be on to a winner.
