Meant to reply to the list - they know I'm your Mum so if there is a
personal element I'm sure they will forgive me.
By classic red cabbage I meant German, but found this recipe, which
sounds interesting
Red Cabbage and Apple
Ingredients.
Red Cabbage
Apple
Onion
Vegetable stock
Balsamic vinegar
Oil
Hadn't realised you had ankle snappers coming round so cauli would be
good. make sure you drain well or better still steam. I know what you
mean ab out all the juicey reside - best bit of the meal.
Thought the suggestion of a time plan was good; helps when people arrive
and you start socialising - helps concentrate the mind. A timer is good
for the same reason.
