Having had a tasty mushroom soup for lunch I'm in the mood to cook with 
mushrooms. Something stuffed possibly. 

The first thing that sprang to mind was a compote (right word?) of wild 
mushrooms inside a loin of pork which was then wrapped in filo pastry. 
But that seems a bit pedestrian. 

Suggestions good denizens of this fair list.
