Yes; a tablespoon is a volume measure that's half a (US) fluid ounce,
or about 15 (14.78) mL.

Fahrenheit temperature T -> gas mark N:
    N  =3D (T - 250=B0F) / 25

Most ingredients in US recipes are by volume, but things like fluid
ounces, etc., are DIFFERENT in the US:
    1 gallon =3D 4 qt =3D 8 pt =3D 16 c =3D 3785 mL
    1 cup =3D 8 fl oz =3D 16 Tbsp =3D 48 tsp =3D 236.6 mL
