Sautee mushrooms (mix of chesnut and button?) with a bit of brandy then 
stire in some creme fraiche and grain mustard. 

Ratatouille and chorizo.

Caramelised red onions with balsamic and chunks of chicken. Maybe some 
slices of brie.

Stilton and rocket.

Damn, I'm hungry now.
