Hi all,

I got a set of 5 Le Creuset pans yesterday, thanks to my wife's good  
idea of asking for John Lewis vouchers on our wedding list :o) I  
assumed that they would be able to go in the oven but they seem to  
have some kind of plastic handles, does anyone know whether they will  
melt?

Also I was disappointed to find that the frying pan has a non stick  
coating.
