Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience making their own bagels?

I'm getting a bit of a hankering for decent bagels and the only things I 
can find out here in Switzerland look like the real deal, but just taste 
a bit like stale bread.

I stumbled across

and thought I might give it a go if I can muster up enough motivation.

I like the idea of putting black sesame seeds on top too. Just have to 
see if I can get hold of some.
