I've read a couple of Bourdain's crime novels.  They're not bad,
really.  Not high literature, and certainly not a patch on Kinky
Friedman, but make a good holiday read.

I have Bone in the Throat and Gone Bamboo to give to anyone who wants to
buy me a beer near work (New Oxford Street).
