Firstly, I suggest looking at books such as La Technique where the contents
are more about different kitchen skills and instructions to prepare the
basic ingredients for a full recipe.

When it comes to publishing, it would be remiss of me if I didn't promote
Lulu.com <http://Lulu.com>; -- founded by Bob Young. Maybe it would be
interesting to follow this route?

I would be interested in providing the photographic illustrations. I could
wheel my kit around to each contributors kitchen to capture their images.
