Now that we know the multitude of different ways to make scrambled eggs I
would like to suggest an improvement.  Smoked salmon.

Vanessa's brother in law cooks this and I'm stealing from him.

Preparation the night before.  Cut up the smoked salmon into thin strips an=
d
mix in a bowl with double-cream.  Leave to 'marinade' over night.

For breakfast, cook the eggs as I previously described with the added note
that the smoked salmon and cream is added toward the end of the cooking.

Beat that.
