Awww.  Luverly.

I made some chips a few weeks back.  Never made chips before, so this was
a bit of an experiment.  Chopped them big and fat and cooked them twice.
 Once for about 7 minutes at low temperature, then a couple of minutes
with the oil bubbling.  Turned out _brilliant_ -- really crispy and
yummy.

Might try it with a thermometer next time to be more accurate on the
temps.  Wouldn't mind trying it with sweet potato, though I suspect it
might end up a bit soggy.
