Since I'm in on my own this evening, I defrosted a tilapia fillet to have for my supper. I've just realised that I have a pint of milk that needs using up too. Has anyone got any ideas for a sauce I can make with this milk to have with my tilapia? Cheese sauce doesn't really appeal, though it's there as plan B if you lot can't come up with something. Is there some way of making a white sauce be _tangy_? I suppose I could try just adding loads of mustard... Kake
