ok, i forgot to actually publish my intended moves yesterday.  sorry was 
taken over by the fun of setting up my spanking new wireless internet 
connection here.  (trust me, in serbia its a big deal).  no more modem 
hell, 128k of wireless goodness.

Anyway back to 1901, Mother Russia has decided to reclaim the icy 
wastelands of the North.  The Keiser is respectfully informed that he can 
claim Denmark for himself, but any move towards Scandinavia will be treated 
as an open act of war.  As a guesture of good faith we are moving our 
armies in Warsaw away from the German front.  The Army in Sevastopol will 
remain on station to monitor the ongoing activities in the region.
