Allo my continental cousins. To my English Cousins: Napoleon is long dead, lets forget the past and forge ahead with the future. You need fleets to go anywhere, I'll give you uncontested access to the North Sea and North Atlantic, and based on the circumstances you can have conditional access to the Med - bearing in mind though, Norway and Sweden look particularly inviting this time of year. To my German Brothers: Give me Belgium without a fight (they mostly speak French anyway), and I'll not contest you invading the low lands. Unless of course you feel like taking Denmark first, in which case Im sure I can offer you something exciting in exchange for uncontested control over Holland? To the Italians, who we share so much in common with: I'll leave the fabulous wine lands of Piedmont alone and allow you to concentrate on those vile Austrians who are so dangerously close. And lets be honest, I'll control the Western Med and Gulf of Lyon with or without your help. So lets agree I can have the Iberian Peninsula and you can have North Africa without a struggle.
