I don't think the Italian is going to put up much of a fight... The Czar wishes to announce his intention to bring the Romanian nation back into the loving arms of the Russian empire. Severe steel shortage also forces us to enter a closer cooperation with Sweden to bring their iron mines under Russian oversight. We invite our Turkish neighbour to bring Bulgaria and Greece back into the fold, as we have no aspirations on land south or west of Romania. We invite our good friends the Austrians to protect our slavic brothers in Serbia, as it is too distant for us to do so, and suggest they take a good look at restoring order to the Italian nation. We suggest that our German neighbours keep their aspirations for expansion to the west of Sweden, where no conflict with Russia will occur.
