Turkey will continue to secure it's borders, whilst pursuing a policy of non
aggression with it's neighbours Russia and Austria, and will therefore bring
Greece back into the Turkish empire.

We also hope that Russia still has no intentions to pursue an interest in
lands south or west of Greece and Bulgaria. Any conflict in this area would
only be beneficial to foreign powers.
