Indeed we are quite satisfied with our position in Romania and feel no
need to cause trouble for the Turk.

We are disappointed that Austria did not come to the aid of our Slavic
brothers in Serbia, but we can only look on from afar and hope the
situation will improve.

We hope that "assistance against Russia" promised by France to England
is only so much rhetoric, for assuredly we do not wish to make war
upon those fine nations.

We hope Germany will continue to stay out of Scandinavia, for we have
no quarrel with them either.
