I fear our mutual friend seeks to muddy the waters. In light of this, and
as a demonstration of good faith to our Russian friends, the English Navy
and Army will move southwards.

We also thank the Russians for their understanding with regard to Norway,
and will be sending a fleet to ensure that that country's valuable natural
resources are put to good use.

Our troop movements will be as follows:

	A Yor-Lon
	F NTH-ENG
	F NWG-Nor
