Just the normal medium sized holes in a bog standard grater.

Just a note on the horseradish - it sounds strange but it's really nice
- gives a lovely creamy bite that offsets the cheddar nicely.

Mum does a really nice recipe of Philedelphia and Horse Radish wrapped
in smoked salmon. It's lovely, different, easy to make and can be done
in advance so it's a really good starter.
