I tried it again this morning - Neil had made filter coffee because he is 
working at home today - and I tried it in a different order: chocolate 
(three spoons), coffee and then soya milk.  The chocolate melted better 
this way.  The problem was that the milk made the coffee cold when added 
in sufficient quantity to make the coffee milky.  I need to try again with 
heated milk.  I still need to try it with instant coffee (real coffee 
gives me a headache).
