I've helped a friend of mine cook christmas dinner for the last few
years, with numbers growing from 10-20, and we've now finally got the
balance so that we have enough potatos.

However, we always seem to run out of sausages wrapped in bacon...we did
150 cocktail sausages, each wrapped in a whole piece of bacon and they
were gone between the moment i put them on the table and the moment about
10 minutes later when the last thing was put down and i got to have a
seat.

This year my friend has moved house and is going to do a buffet instead of
asit down meal...and is going to do a minimum of 200...

any other ideas of christmassy things to have on a buffet? for some reason
they've already vetod dipping sprouts and sprout onna stick with cocktail
onions and cheese...
