I usually add a whole load of freshly ground black pepper and salt at 
this point!

Made some fantastic food at the weekend, Ness and I made some fresh 
pasta and watercress&rocket pesto from scratch. It somehow tastes much 
more natural, better than anything you can buy in the shop.
