As seen in Metro yesterday - a one Andy Hayler has, over the last 8
years, visited all 49 Michelin 3-star restaurants. Lucky him.

He's described his dream menu as

* Summer Vegetable Risotto
  from Da Pescatore in Itlay

* Bresse chicken in cream sauce with vegetables
  from Ambroisie in Paris

* Rum baba
  from Louis XV in Monaco

Now, I'm sure this guy has more experience than me and, given that these
are 3* restaurants each of those meals must be delicious but, well,
isn't a little tame? How good can "chicken in cream sauce" be?

Or am I just too fond of the odd foods?
