I like a really obscene breakfast made with equal parts sausage meat
and cheese, all mixed together with a couple of scrambled eggs.  Just
fry the meat, add the cheese, then the eggs (beat with a splash of
milk).  Serve with a good fermented hot sauce.

It's probably best to start with a big bowl of bran first...!
