For chicken it's nice to mix some honey and a lot of Jack Daniels in a 
tupper ware box then sling in some chicken breatss and freeze. 

Take them out later and deforst and then barbeque (probably over 
indeirect heat). Because the cells have frozen and then thawed 
with the JD in they'll pop making it really moist. Perverse but true.

I wonder if this would work for ribs.
