I started off reusing pickled egg jars, but as I was trying to be good and
only buy small batches of ready made eggs (otherwise they end up eaten
rather quickly) these were a bit small. So, I bought myself a big Le
Parfait jar from my local independant (and cheap) cookery shop for about
4quid - it's one of those ones with the grolsch style lid.

I just had to look up the name, but it's a Kilner Jar, and the fun fact
associated with it is that Caleb Kilner, who came up with the idea, is
(was?) Jeremy Clarkson's Great Great-Grandfather.
