it was more like rip into bits. since mozzarella is good for that.
i used slices cause the cheese happened to be the same size as the bits of 
aubergine. Although after having done so i realised that there wasnt 
enough slices to put between each layer of the aubergine. thisis what you 
get when making it up on the spot
