The bits that I had seemed a bit over-cheesed, but that's probably
just me not liking as high a proportion of cheese in my food as Bob
does.  If I was making this just for me I would grate the cheese to
allow for a more even distribution - I suspect the original recipe
stated slicing instead of grating because it's quite hard to grate
(real) mozzarella.
