I had some veggies I needed to get rid of before they went manky, and a
kipper to eat before it made the fridge honk, so ...

Saute a couple of huge onions, add half a pint of beer, a finely chopped
leek, a finely chopped head of broccolli, half a pint of veggie stock,
seasonings (i used oregano, coriander, black pepper and mustard). Bring
to a simmer. After a few minutes, add a chopped kipper and half a wedge
of cheap n nasty stilton from the stupidmarket, crumble into small
chunks. leave to simmer for about twenty minutes to half an hour,
stirring occasionally.

Consume while listening to the rugby on't radio.
