Hot oil, deep fry?
As mentioned to at least one of you earlier today, I used to fry
potato peelings and eat them. Particularly good after coming back
from the pub and finding that pile of potato peelings you left
earlier - sounds horrible I know. Maybe it would work with sweet
potato too.
