Thanks for all the ideas.  I am pleased to report that Oriental City
does in fact sell both black and white konnyaku.  I will check the other
places if I decide I want more, since they are indeed more convenient.

Oriental City also sells the noodles!  In a packet in the supermarket,
that is.  I don't know if any of the places in the food court serve them.
