The nice organic delivery people have delivered us some marrows.
Unfortunately, neither Pete nor I are desperately keen on marrows.
Today Pete roasted one of them (cut in chunks, with rosemary & thyme
from the garden, olive oil, & a little balsamic vinegar & seasoning.
And assorted other veg from the cupboard) and it was actually fairly
nice. Though not as nice as the other roast veg, which were lovely
(potato, carrot, leek, red onion, pepper). But there's still another
one to use up. Anyone have any (vegan) suggestions?

(nb Pete says he doesn't like stuffed marrow; so not that. Which is a
shame as the only damn recipes I can *find* for marrow involve stuffing
it).

They also gave us corn-on-the-cob, with the leaves still on, which is
very nice indeed roasted. Plus it's monumentally easy: put corn in
oven, turn oven on, leave for a bit, take out, remove leaves, eat. Mmm.
