Hi all,

I've been cooking things I never thought I'd get around to recently, so 
now I have quite a bit of duck fat hanging about. I have heard it's 
quite good for bmaking roast potatoes with so I'm going to try that. 
However, I'm wondering how long I can keep it (or indeed, any other kind 
of fat) for before it goes manky and whether or not I can freeze it.
