Last weekend I was in Somerset and bought 10L of cider. Some is reserved for making vinegar (a new experiment, a mate on a homebrewing list sent me some mother). Some will be drunk. The rest: well I'm wondering what nice things you can make with cider?=20 I know a classic tapas is chorizo in cidra. Anything else? I'm particularly thinking, with this weather, slow-cooked casseroley-type things.
