Hey all,

I've been wanting to try my hand at making (dried/smoked) sausages for quit=
e
some time, but now that I've found myself a full size
smoking-closet-ish-device it's getting more serious. I've read my copy of
McGee on this ofcourse, but am rather at a loss for some good cookbooks on
this. I've heard that Sophie Grigson's work might be a decent place to
start, but before I start ordering books randomly do any of you have ideas
on decent books on making charcuterie?

Thanks!

Richard
