fry it, then re heat if you want to.
i notice that my local greasy spoon as precooked bacon which they then
finish off when you order it. just to make it slighlty more crisy and
warm.

you can indeeed.
put a copule of slices between some kitchen paper/towel ( i cant remember,
arrgh my brain is going.) to soak up the fat a bit. blast it for about 30
seconds to a minute. it should be fine. I t taste slightly liek its been
boiled but is edible.
