Make it with aforementioned chicken stock. :-)
(Anything but sultanas. Putting sultanas in couscous should be
punishable by being forced to live in a Butlins on the West coast of
Wales for a fortnight, eating nothing but prawn cocktail and well-done
steak. )
Or maybe a few strands of saffron in the water?
