Hmm. Smithfield Market? I would have thought that most butchers would do
this since they also sell things line marrow bones for stock and/or
dogs.

Roasted cherry tomatos and red peppers (maybe with some chillies) and
lots of chopped coriander. I like to stir through fairly finely chopped
dark poultry meat as well. Then lots of olive oil and black pepper.
