I've got a recipe somewhere (in a random hungarian, polish, austrian and
german cookbook i got for a birthday a while back - it's useful having
friends who work in the discount book store) for sour cherry soup, made
with cooking cherries and sour cream...it's on my list to try, but haven't
had a relevant situation yet...it has a potential to be really nasty
though.
