Sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, mature cheddar. All mooshed up in the
skin. Baked potatoes make beautiful mash, but it's a bit time-consuming.
Unfortunately, I hardly ever make baked potatoes, because I can't usually
be bothered to wait for hours for them to cook.
