Hummous (probably not unusual, but I'd never thought of it till I saw it
in a baguette-type shop in Oxford a year ago). Veg chilli/curry. Beans
(basic but good!). TBH I'm a bit of a sucker for just having marg &
lots of salt & black pepper, because the potato itself is so nice. The
skin has to be properly crispy, though. My favourite thing to have with
baked potato is stew - ideally with green lentils - but that's not
properly a *filling* as such.
