For dinner tonight I decided to make burgers without reference to a
recipe. they turned out very nice.

To recreate them you will need:-

 	1lb minced beef
 	1 red onion
 	6 cloves of garlic
 	1 inch of ginger
 	1 lime
 	Salt and Pepper

Finely (as fine as you can be bothered) dice the garlic, ginger and red
onion. ( the onion wasn't that fine. i had got bored by that point)
Put in a bowl. Add the mince
Mix thoroughly with your hands.
Add the juice of the lime.
Mix thoroughly with your hands.
Add salt and pepper to your liking
Mix thoroughly with your hands.

Make a big ball. break into 4 pieces.
Pat the pieces to make them flatish.
fry in olive oil (or oil of your choice) until you think they are done. (
I did them until there
was lots of colour on the outside but not overcooked in middle. possibly
heading to rare in the middle). This is of course up to you

Serve however you want. i was lazy so did them just with toast and sauces.
